Today is my sister Melissa's birthday & my niece Shelbie's 2nd birthday! I woke up & skyped with Shelbie this morning, which actually made me feel better about not being home on their birthdays. Missing important days is the hardest thing about living across the country but it also makes me respect my family & love them even more!

goal setting
I love setting goals & achieving the goals I set for myself is the best feeling I have ever felt. Junior year in highschool I made the goal to move out to LA and attend FIDM, now that i'm comfortable in Los Angeles I believe it is time to make my new goals for the next few years. As I move closer to my 20th birthday, I will no longer be a teenager anymore and getting my future planned out for the next few years is important to me. Some long-term, some short-term but either way moving towards making my dreams come true is always a top priority of mine.
So here are my top 7 goals for the next few years:
1) Graduate FIDM on top (June 2011)
2) Have a top position in New York City with H&M (Fall 2011)
3) Open my website selling apparel, shoes, & accessories. (Spring 2012)
4) Start the process of opening a boutique in New York (Summer 2013)
5) Have an apartment over looking the city (Winter 2014)
6) Move my mother in with me :) (Winter 2014)
7) Meet the man I will marry & start a family (in 5-10 years)

4th of July!

Today is the 4th of July & I got to spend it with my wonderful family in Kentucky. I had a blast with my sisters and all of my nieces & nephews watching the fireworks! Also, thank you to everyone in the military, you all are the best :)

Lets get to know each other, deal?

This is my first blog & I am so excited to be able to share my life with you all.
Where to begin...
First of all, I am a fashion student at FIDM & a true believer that a cute outfit has the power to boost any self confidence and mood. :)
I live in heels, dresses and cute pink lip stick.
I was raised by both of my parents in Kentucky, Anne and Don Randall. They raised me to have strong morals and to never give up on what I want. I wasn't spoiled growing up with money, in fact I was the youngest of 5 girls which meant my closet was always full of handed down clothes. I am an aunt of nine and look at all of my nieces and nephews as a blessings. I haven't always been close to my family, but now coming home feels amazing to spend time with all of them. I respect my parents and have always thought of them when making each and every decision in my life. I believe my parents are proud of me and I know one day living across the country will pay off.

Leaving everyone behind was a hard decision for me, but by far the best decision of my life. I have the support of my family and few friends that are still

In Kentucky I worked more than any typical teenager, holding three jobs at my local mall saving up for LA. I spent the majority of my time working and sometimes forgot to spend time having fun but being busy is what motivates me.
Now that you know me, I promise I will be back soon. Love you all, Rebecca Randall -Xo
